The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the crucial role of legal science for the practical side of the law, while analyzing in detail the statutes' reform of Bergamo (1331). Indeed, the paper discusses the relationship between learned law and practical law during the period of ius commune through the analysis of some relevant quaestiones disputatae regarding criminal transactions. Nuevos elementos de análisis sobre 'Onoba' (Huelva)

En este trabajo se dan a conocer los resultados de la intervención arqueológica en un solar de la calle Arquitecto Pérez Carasa de Huelva, en la que se documentó una estructura doméstica de época romana. El abandono de esta edificación, paralela a la amortización por la misma época de otras construcciones públicas romanas en Huelva, nos lleva a plantear que estos cambios pudieran tener su origen en un cambio de estatuto jurídico de la ciudad en época flavia y con una reforma urbana después de acceder al rango de municipium.
